Refund and Returns Policy

Factors effecting Refunds and Returns :

>Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(e.g: screenshot of purchase, delivery receipt).

>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

>To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}

>There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

>Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you through your phone number to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds :

>If you still have not received your refund , please contact us on one of our contacts (i.e: Instagram, Facebook ,WhatsApp).

>Along with this you are required to send us a proof of purchase , so that we may refund the amount properly.

Sale items :

>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded/returned.

>We only return items that are defective or damaged severely. There is no exchange policy followed by this seller.
